Join us in celebrating the grand opening of Sage Village on April 26th! Sage Village is TPCP’s newest program in partnership with San Joaquin County Behavioral Health Services (BHS). This ribbon cutting ceremony, hosted by San Joaquin County BHS, marks the beginning of Sage Village’s mission to provide transformative residential services to adults facing complex challenges related to behavioral health, substance abuse, and criminal justice involvement. TPCP is proud to unveil a program designed to provide up to six months of residential support and treatment that will empower those served to live their best life. All services will be focused on individual recovery and community reintegration, with a focus on personal accountability and the development of meaningful life roles. Celebrate with us as we commit to changing lives and strengthening our community through dedicated support and tailored treatment.
