About

TRANSITIONAL SUPPORT SERVICES (TSS) Northbay provides person centered mental health services to increase adaptive skills in adults (18+) with co-occurring mental health and intellectual or developmental disabilities. All services support reducing symptoms that disrupt members accessing and successfully participating in life domains such as social connection, community integration, vocation, education, transportation, recreation, and health. Members are supported with gaining a sense of purpose as well as independence, knowledge, and adaptive skills to live a meaningful life.

How to get involved

All referrals are made through North Bay Regional Center/NBRC and are sent to TSS Program Director.
