About
COLOMA CENTER is an intensive outpatient mental health treatment program that provides psychosocial rehabilitation and case management services for Transitional Age Youth (16-25) and adults (26+) living with serious mental illness (SMI). Services focus on the individual, utilizing a strength-based approach within the recovery model philosophy. The goal of Coloma Center is to assist individuals with maintaining their highest level of independence while living safely in the community.
